Responsibilities

This role involves field service support, such as system installations and repairs, and making software upgrades, while also working closely with various Procept teams on system modifications and field-based requirements. The representative will deliver product training, troubleshoot product issues, and provide customer feedback to Marketing on product design and utilization needs, ensuring Professional Education programs run efficiently and are compliant with regulatory standards.
