The Associate Clinic Manager will directly oversee operational policies, procedures, financials, performance, and patient/staff experience for a Tia clinic. This includes managing administrative staff, building and engaging teams, supporting performance management and development, conducting 1:1s, leading hiring and onboarding, and cultivating a positive clinic culture. Responsibilities also involve owning provider and support staff schedules, overseeing clinical workflows for efficiency and compliance, managing clinic costs, ensuring clinic standards are met, and stepping in to cover MA/FDA duties as needed. The role requires partnering with clinical leadership to ensure appointment access, building positive relationships with stakeholders, managing patient/staff safety through incident reporting, responding to escalations, and supporting marketing efforts.
