Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-3 years of industry-related experience in CPG, Retail, market research, analytics, or consulting, along with an Undergraduate or Master’s degree from a college or university. They should have advanced capability in data analysis and synthesis, leveraging large datasets to uncover trends and business opportunities, and familiarity with NielsenIQ platforms, syndicated data, and retail measurement tools is highly desirable. Category Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Associate Client Manager will partner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximize client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivity. They will develop a consultative approach to client business issues, understanding the industry and what issues a client is facing, and will lead client presentations with proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations. The role involves driving strategic thought leadership with customers leveraging NielsenIQ tools and assets, identifying opportunities for increased partnership, and ensuring on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue. They will also facilitate clear day-to-day communications with customers, ensuring they buy into outcomes and value NielsenIQ is delivering, and understand client structure and organization.
