Requirements

Candidates should possess 2-3 years of industry-related experience in CPG, retail, market research, analytics, or consulting. A college/university undergraduate or Master's degree is required, along with advanced capabilities in data analysis and synthesis using large datasets. Strong skills in managing complex client relationships, problem-solving, organization, and time management are essential. Familiarity with NielsenIQ platforms, syndicated data, and retail measurement tools is highly desirable, and category management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Associate Client Manager will manage all client activities and ensure client success by delivering analytics and recommendations based on NielsenIQ solutions. They will build strong client relationships, develop a consultative approach to address client business issues, and conduct advanced analyses with proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations. Responsibilities include leading client presentations, driving strategic thought leadership, identifying opportunities for increased partnership, facilitating clear day-to-day communications, ensuring client buy-in, understanding client organization, and ensuring on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue.
