5+ years of experience in HR domain or enterprise internal collaboration management digital transformation product delivery, with experience implementing high-quality technical solutions, proactively identifying issues, and independently planning and advancing key tasks in complex environments
Bachelor's degree in computer science or digital-related field; Master's degree preferred
Outstanding stakeholder management skills: ability to influence leadership, coordinate priorities, and translate technical jargon into actionable insights for non-technical teams
Rich professional knowledge and project experience in at least 2 of the following areas: enterprise employee APP and employee digital self-developed product design and implementation; enterprise employee communication and office automation software/system design and implementation; enterprise business process automation platforms, employee office collaboration platforms setup and optimization (e.g., low-code platforms, RPA tools); cloud computing and big data-related data analysis platforms (e.g., data lakes, data warehouses, CDP, BI, data visualization); large-scale complex business application systems digital transformation, migration, architecture optimization (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors); generative AI-related projects or products
Ability to propose comprehensive, powerful, and cost-effective solutions based on customer requirements
Outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work efficiently with multi-project teams, with ongoing communication across multiple teams
Experience planning and delivering software platforms (including desktop apps, mobile apps, and mini-programs) used across multiple products and organizational units
Experience in successful product delivery and solving forward-looking conceptual, product, or technical issues
Adherence to defined methods and processes for maintaining and implementing daily best technical practices
Commitment to on-time delivery based on requirements and business needs
Ability and willingness to effectively mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Familiarity with China's digital ecosystem and agile development methodologies
Understanding of China's internet ecosystem and technology trends
Responsibilities
Proactively collaborate with HR leaders, managers, and employees to identify pain points and needs in HR processes and employee experience, translating them into clear product requirements
Lead digital projects for single or multiple business lines, including design of digital solutions, project procurement and cost management, vendor management, agile project delivery management, and post-implementation routine operations and maintenance
Coordinate different technical teams to achieve optimized technical solutions based on management priorities, maximizing business outcomes and customer value
Define short- and long-term roadmaps for HR digital products, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility; balance innovation with practicality for incremental results and larger transformation goals
Coordinate implementation details of technical solutions across multiple teams based on business objectives, ensuring alignment with goals and fostering positive team collaboration
Participate in project meetings for technical solutions, drive discussions and implementation with digital product, technical, and operations teams; report critical unresolved issues to management with resolution suggestions
Manage daily operations of HR department-related products, regularly assess system performance and capabilities, propose improvements, and ensure system security including data protection and privacy compliance
Lead internal collaboration on design and development of related products, collect user needs and feedback, and optimize user experiences
Analyze existing system management processes, identify improvement opportunities, design and implement more efficient processes, and introduce automation tools to enhance efficiency
Facilitate effective communication with management, business units, and end-users to deepen understanding of products and solutions
Represent the team in presenting products and solutions; lead and guide other business analysts on the team
Research emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI in HR, employee experience platforms, predictive analytics), assess their potential to solve organizational challenges, advocate for innovative solutions, and maintain leadership in HR digitalization
