Requirements

Candidates must have over 7 years of enterprise platform engineering and management experience, including workspace management, security implementation, performance management, capacity planning, and vendor management. A minimum of 4 years of Slack Enterprise Grid experience is required, along with proficiency in Slack API, a strong security implementation background (access controls, DLP, monitoring, incident response, compliance), and experience with identity integration platforms like Okta. Responsibilities

The Senior Slack Platform Engineer will lead Slack Enterprise Grid architecture and strategy, design and implement security controls and integrations, and optimize platform performance and scalability.
