Responsibilities

The Associate Account Manager will proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing customers for commercial and industrial waste services, making outbound and inbound calls to increase business and penetration within their territory. They will perform contractual re-signs, respond to cancellation requests, communicate with customers regarding pricing initiatives, utilize Salesforce to document activities, and increase customer penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products. The role also involves meeting with a Sales Manager to review customer retention activities and progress towards goals, along with performing other job-related duties as assigned.
