About the Role

Vetcove is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate excited to build a career in client relationship management, campaign operations, and cross-functional project coordination. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the full lifecycle of campaigns — from setup and execution to reporting — while helping our partners achieve their goals and grow their business through Vetcove.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution & Management:
    • Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Vetcove’s B2B campaigns.
    • Ensure timely and accurate campaign reporting, invoicing, and internal documentation.
  • Client Communication:
    • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
    • Deliver regular reports, answer questions, and address ad-hoc requests from partners.
  • Internal Collaboration & Project Management:
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering) to support campaign execution and troubleshoot issues.
    • Help maintain internal systems and processes related to campaign tracking and partner performance.
  • Growth & Presentation Development (Over Time):
    • Contribute to client-facing presentations, including weekly standups, monthly reports, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
    • Translate complex performance data into compelling, client-friendly narratives.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and a methodical, diligent work style
    • Desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced, client-facing environment
    • Analytical mindset, even without a formal quantitative background
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit — you're curious, kind, humble, and positive
    • Eagerness to gain experience in project management, campaign execution, and client success
