The Associate Account Manager will assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Vetcove’s B2B campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, invoicing, and internal documentation. They will also respond to client inquiries with professionalism, deliver regular reports, and address ad-hoc requests, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to support campaign execution and troubleshoot issues. Furthermore, the role involves contributing to client-facing presentations, translating complex data into compelling narratives, and maintaining internal systems related to campaign tracking and partner performance.
