Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of experience in sales development, marketing, or sales support roles, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills and experience with sales tools such as SalesLoft/Outreach, Salesforce, and SalesNav. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment is also required.

Responsibilities

The Associate Account Executive will lead the execution of lead generation strategies in partnership with the Marketing team, conduct outreach activities to engage prospective clients and qualify leads through various communication channels, continuously learn and apply sales strategy concepts, develop a deep understanding of the market and competition, follow up on marketing campaigns to maximize lead conversion, support the sales team in addressing client inquiries and concerns related to RFPs, assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to improve lead generation tactics and sales support processes.
