Responsibilities

As an Assistant Technique, the candidate will assist surgeons during Stryker implant placements, particularly in specific procedures or with new products, and assist operating room staff who are not yet proficient with Stryker anchors. They will participate in training for surgeons, interns, and scrub nurses on Stryker anchors and associated surgical techniques, and participate in internal product training. The role also involves supporting sales teams, promoting Stryker products, advising clients on product features and benefits, monitoring client needs, and managing logistical aspects such as kit delivery, inventory, and traceability.
