Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, and demonstrate a strong interest in warehouse automation and supply chain operations. Prior experience in operations, logistics, or a similar field is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Development Program Associate, you will rotate through various functions within the Customer Operations organization, including Site Operations, Maintenance, Training, and System Set-up and Performance. You will gain hands-on experience managing the day-to-day operations of Symbotic’s robotic material handling system, overseeing automation operations and production management at customer sites, conducting performance assessments, analyzing cause-and-effect relationships, and implementing corrective actions as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with customers to align on operational goals, deliver best-in-class service and performance outcomes, and participate in structured training sessions and continuous development opportunities.
