Responsibilities

  • Inspire and coach a team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and foster a positive, high-energy environment
  • Partner with the Store Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Support recruiting efforts to attract top talent for Sales Associate roles, ensuring timely onboarding and development
  • Ensure operational excellence by overseeing tasks such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and seamless customer support, including resolving product inquiries and aftercare
  • Plan and execute in-store events and marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and sales growth
  • Stay agile and adaptable, learning and leveraging new technologies and systems like Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace to optimize performance
  • Collaborate on scheduling and payroll management to meet business needs effectively
  • Act as the Store Manager in their absence and collaborate on store-driven initiatives with the HQ team
  • Assist in achieving store sales goals, maximizing KPIs, and fostering customer loyalty to drive profitability
