Responsibilities

Inspire and coach a team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and foster a positive, high-energy environment
Partner with the Store Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive sales and customer engagement
Support recruiting efforts to attract top talent for Sales Associate roles, ensuring timely onboarding and development
Ensure operational excellence by overseeing tasks such as inventory management, visual merchandising, and seamless customer support, including resolving product inquiries and aftercare
Plan and execute in-store events and marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and sales growth
Stay agile and adaptable, learning and leveraging new technologies and systems like Shopify, Slack, and Google Workspace to optimize performance
Collaborate on scheduling and payroll management to meet business needs effectively
Act as the Store Manager in their absence and collaborate on store-driven initiatives with the HQ team
Assist in achieving store sales goals, maximizing KPIs, and fostering customer loyalty to drive profitability
