  • Capability to drive revenue, exceed targets, manage store spend, minimize costs, and ensure financial health and profitability
  • Knowledge in mitigating risks, resolving gaps to profitability, and protecting assets (e.g., theft, inventory accuracy, shrink)
  • Ability to form partnerships and provide feedback to Visual Merchandising for optimal assortment to drive sales

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and awareness of Mejuri in the store and market, reporting to the District Manager
  • Responsible for the financial health and profitability of the store, driving revenue and exceeding targets
  • Manage store spend and seek opportunities to minimize costs
  • Review and monitor daily, weekly, monthly business and people results; create strategic plans with District Manager to achieve targets
  • Support store team in setting and achieving KPI goals by driving a culture of performance, cost awareness, and accountability
  • Mitigate risks within the store, identify and resolve gaps or roadblocks to profitability, and protect assets including internal/external theft, inventory accuracy, and shrink
  • Partner with and provide regular feedback to Visual Merchandising to ensure correct assortment, depth, and breadth designed to drive profitability and sales
  • Ensure the right people in the right positions at the right time and in the right quantities across the store
  • Validate and participate in sourcing, assessment, and selection of talent to build infrastructure for business growth
  • Validate and participate in successful integration and onboarding of new talent
  • Validate regular and accurate assessment of people against performance review criteria and KPIs
  • Build healthy relationships with team members and establish a positive, engaging work environment
  • Ensure store schedules are supported with high-quality, accurate inputs and uphold standards of responsible live-week management
  • Nurture a sustainable talent pipeline by providing access to learning opportunities
