The Assistant Store Manager will model and hold employees accountable to customer service standards, contribute to a supportive employee environment through training and communication, support staffing needs based on retail census, drive sales through initiatives and daily agendas, provide coaching and performance feedback, assist with formal performance reviews, ensure accurate employee information, manage deliveries and inventory, control shrink and retail supply expenses, maintain product knowledge, and adhere to applicable wage and hour laws.
