The Market Manager in Training will act as the Market Manager for a smaller TSA team, overseeing service drive operations, partnering with dealerships to provide solutions, and enhancing tire program components. They will train TSAs on service lane tool usage, hold them accountable for reporting and metrics, and implement operational standards. The role involves collaborating with Regional Tire Store Managers, developing strategies to utilize data, and assisting dealerships with sales and tire unit objectives. Additionally, the Market Manager in Training will conduct monthly reviews of competitive shops and interact with Service and Parts Managers to establish retail strategies and ensure TSA proficiency in sales techniques.
