Regular travel required, covering whole Gujarat, MP, and Chhattisgarh
Reporting to Zonal Business Manager - West
Demonstrate excellent customer service, collaborative, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Provide clinical support, including demonstrations, post-installation support, clinical training, and education to customers
Create and execute training programs for external customers
Provide continuous clinical training to Sales team and Resellers
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to handle their clinical queries
Conduct CME (Continuous Medical Education) and planned monthly activities for key customers
