Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team on plans to exceed daily sales goals and ensure unique, inclusive customer experience
  • Educate customers and staff on brand values (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging) via shop, community engagement, and traffic-driving initiatives
  • Make informed product recommendations for every customer need
  • Demonstrate behaviors on the sales floor to impact metrics, budgets, reports, and deliver profitable results
  • Be present on sales floor to support team, answer questions, remove obstacles, problem solve, and motivate to meet sales goals
  • Support team growth through coaching and leading by example
  • Provide real feedback to team and leaders, adapting to business needs
  • Engage team to inspire, motivate, build relationships, and connect to brand values
  • Support staffing by networking, recruiting, hiring, and succession planning
  • Collaborate with Manager on staff engagement, retention, performance, and DEIB practices
  • Support Manager in maintaining compliance with policies, procedures, company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, health/safety, and daily communication
  • Support training of inventory team on fresh standards, rotation rules, and managing ordering for right products in right amounts
