Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales strategy for a book of Health Plan business.
  • Maintain collaboration on co-selling opportunities and track KPIs to demonstrate success.
  • Foster Health Plan ASO Partnership relationships and drive Virta awareness within their organization.
  • Empower the Health Plan sales teams to sell Virta (Provide regular training, sales enablement and marketing materials).
  • Establish regular touchpoints with the Health Plan’s sales leaders (plan team trainings, 1:1s, in person events).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Virta to our key Health Plan contacts for education, content, marketing, legal, and Q&A.
  • Work closely with Virta’s Health Plan Sales and Customer Success team members to provide feedback and expose potential service expansions to better meet the needs of our clients.
