Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, partnership development, or sales, preferably within the healthcare or digital health industries. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Experience with sales strategy development and execution is also required.

Responsibilities

The ASO Partner Growth Manager will be responsible for managing the sales strategy for a book of Health Plan business, fostering Health Plan ASO Partnership relationships, empowering Health Plan sales teams to sell Virta, establishing regular touchpoints with Health Plan sales leaders, serving as a subject matter expert for Virta, and working closely with internal teams to provide feedback and explore service expansions. They will also be responsible for executing commercialization efforts and capitalizing on Virta’s growing national buy-in for diabetes reversal, ultimately adding more clients and patients to Virta.
