Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar business; they should demonstrate strong abilities in sales planning, market analysis, and business strategy deployment, along with a deep knowledge of distribution channels, regional management, KPIs, and sales operations; familiarity with sales policies, discount structures, and negotiation practices is also required, and a strong network of relationships with local FMCG distributors is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Area Sales Manager will obtain overall revenue forecasts and targets from the Head of Sales, set reasonable KPIs for the sales team, monitor sales team activities by province and motivate them to meet targets, collect customer feedback to improve service quality and sales strategies, provide regular updates and key insights to the Head of Sales, prepare and present sales reports and revenue forecasts, explain and suggest solutions to problems, meet deadlines for proposals, and perform other tasks as requested by the line manager.
