The Area Retention Supervisor assists the Area Retention Manager with planning and coordinating sales activities, providing sales coaching and training, supervising a sales staff, managing accounts, implementing pricing initiatives, overseeing attendance and PTO, administering performance improvement plans, managing customer onboarding and cases, and ensuring the effective use of the CRM tool. They also prepare sales reports, assist in reviewing customer service agreements, and maintain accountability for sales goal achievement while staying aware of market trends and customer needs.
