Requirements

Expertise in defining, scoping, and managing modern workplace projects (MDM implementation, Windows migration, BYOD policy)
Proficiency in designing architectures and deploying MDM solutions (MECM/SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Workspace One)
Knowledge of securing user environments (antivirus, firewalls, encryption, EDR, GPO, conditional access)
Experience in designing workstations and mobile devices (tablettes, phones) with a user-centric approach
Skills in defining OEM provisioning and partnerships
Ability to define Windows 10 & 11 workstation baselines
Competence in implementing modern deployment solutions (Autopilot) and automation (Graph API, Power Automate)
Expertise in patch management optimization
Experience deploying virtual desktops and published apps (Azure / Windows Virtual Desktop)
French language proficiency

Responsibilities

Define, scope, and pilot modern workplace projects (MDM setup, Windows migration, BYOD policy)
Design architectures and deploy MDM solutions like MECM/SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Workspace One
Ensure user environment security with appropriate tools (antivirus, firewalls, encryption, EDR, GPO, conditional access)
Design workstations and mobile peripherals (tablets, phones) with user-oriented vision
Define provisioning via OEM and partners
Define Windows 10 & 11 workstation baselines
Implement modern deployment solutions (Autopilot) and automation tools (Graph API, Power Automate)
Optimize patch management in associated environments
Deploy virtual desktop and published application services (Azure / Windows Virtual Desktop)
Collaborate with project teams, clients, and end-users throughout the modern workplace project lifecycle
