The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL). Proven experience in writing clean, scalable Apex code, including triggers, batch jobs, and error handling, is essential. A strong understanding of Flows and modern declarative automation best practices, along with hands-on experience with Nue CPQ, including pricing rules, bundles, approvals, and quote logic, is required. Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Boomi, or equivalent integration platforms, and experience maintaining and enhancing integrations with third-party platforms such as HubSpot, Gong, Outreach, and ZoomInfo are also necessary. A solid understanding of subscription revenue recognition, data governance, and AI readiness for Salesforce automation is preferred.
The Salesforce Developer will build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Flows, and LWC, consolidating and optimizing legacy automations. Responsibilities include developing logic for renewal opportunity creation and subscription flow enforcement, writing well-documented, unit-tested Apex classes and triggers, and supporting Field Service Lightning (FSL) workflows. The role involves configuring and maintaining Nue CPQ bundles, pricing models, approval rules, and discount logic, while partnering with vendors and stakeholders to ensure CPQ setup supports evolving go-to-market motions. Additionally, the developer will collaborate with the Salesforce Admin and other stakeholders to support day-to-day requests, troubleshoot issues, prioritize tickets, and validate acceptance criteria. They will participate in agile ceremonies, align tactical work with long-term system architecture, and maintain and enhance integrations with various third-party platforms and internal tools. Responsibilities also include supporting API-based and no-code integrations, troubleshooting sync logic, implementing logic to accurately reflect revenue, supporting the development of reporting dashboards, enforcing account ownership and territory assignment rules, and maintaining data quality through validation logic and user-friendly processes.
