Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent
8+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
Mandatory skills: SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI
Good to have: Power Apps, QlikSense, Python, SAP, Graph DB (Neo4j)
Experience in Google Cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions
Experience leading analytics projects and managing cross-functional teams
Fluent in English (written/spoken)
Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and ability to apply them to business situations
Strive for excellence, critical thinking, drive for execution, excellent problem-solving skills
Hands-on approach with the ability to communicate across divisional boundaries

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics solutions using tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Power Apps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support strategic decision-making
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Lead the development and execution of key projects such as Inventory (Semiconductor Build Strategy), Intercompany Tax, Revenue Forecasting, and Sustainability reporting
