Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google spreadsheets is required, with familiarity with SQL queries being a bonus. The willingness to learn new Compliance processes and develop skills at a fast pace is also necessary.
The Analyst, Onboarding Operations will serve as a primary point of contact for new potential customers, assisting them with their applications to open an Airwallex account. This role involves performing required KYC screenings, documenting client information according to U.S. KYC regulations, and liaising with customers via email and Slack to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Responsibilities also include collecting key information, supporting KYC analysts with subject matter expertise and escalations, and managing and executing the Quality Assurance (QA) program.
