Requirements

Candidates should possess an understanding of contractual language and the interpretation of Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA) in the LNG industry, along with basic operational knowledge of scheduling, inventory management, shipping operations, and cargo transfer. They should also have an understanding of maintaining business processes within a transaction management system and all supporting systems, strong communication skills, a professional disposition with attention to detail, the ability to interface with mid-office and accounting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Language proficiency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Analyst will assist in the management of the cargo schedule and the effective coordination of LNG liftings across Venture Global LNG facilities, manage relationships with all internal stakeholders, facilitate alignment across internal stakeholders, proactively mitigate risks, ensure the safe and reliable delivery of all SPA obligations, achieve Venture Global LNG’s commercial goals, and maintain compliance with Venture Global LNG’s values.
