Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Law, Compliance, or Business Administration, and demonstrate at least three years of experience in a compliance role, with a preference for experience in healthcare or financial regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret and apply complex legal requirements.
The Compliance Analyst will conduct thorough compliance reviews during merchant onboarding and perform ongoing monitoring to ensure continued adherence to legal requirements, independently evaluate and verify that medspa customers offering healthcare services maintain valid state and federal licenses, apply regulatory knowledge to identify services that may violate applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies, directly engage with customers offering non-compliant services, requiring strong communication skills to handle potentially challenging conversations, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and other departments to resolve compliance issues.
