Requirements
Candidates should possess 3+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an analytical discipline, or comparable work experience. Exceptional problem-solving skills and aptitude, demonstrated by the ability to independently structure and execute analyses, are required, along with extensive experience using Excel/Google Sheets and SQL, and familiarity with analytical tools such as Looker. Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and the ability to work independently to drive key initiatives forward are also necessary.
Responsibilities
The Strategy Analyst Associate will consult on expansion and growth with top customers, assessing their performance, identifying key blockers, and driving growth strategies. They will support Enterprise Sales team operations by facilitating key performance initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional partners to implement product changes. Additionally, the Associate will analyze and measure the impact of implemented initiatives, documenting lessons learned and communicating best practices to stakeholders to drive improved efficiency.
