Candidates must possess experience in operations leadership within a warehouse or logistics environment, full P&L responsibility experience, a strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management best practices, the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, experience with automated systems and warehouse technologies, a proven ability to mentor and develop teams, strong financial acumen and budgeting skills, a commitment to safety regulations and compliance standards, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

The Regional Operations Leader will oversee operations across multiple warehouse sites, ensuring alignment with GreenBox Logistics’ strategic goals, guide Site Directors and their teams to maintain consistent, high-performing operations nationwide, own financial performance for multiple sites, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth, drive best practices in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain management, lead continuous improvement initiatives for both conventional and automated operations to enhance productivity, quality, and sustainability, mentor and develop Site Directors and their direct reports, foster a high-performance, collaborative culture across all locations, develop and implement long-term operational strategies to optimize resource allocation and drive national growth, align regional strategies with corporate initiatives, enforce safety regulations and compliance standards across all sites, promote a safety-first culture and ensure adherence to environmental regulations, oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes to secure high-quality, cost-effective services and products, negotiate contracts and SLAs to optimize operational efficiency, lead the adoption of automated systems and warehouse technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, collaborate with IT and engineering teams on process enhancements, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensure top-tier service delivery, proactively address concerns, and develop solutions that align with client expectations, track operational performance, financial results, and key KPIs, and provide executive leadership with data-driven insights to optimize site performance and achieve goals.
