Requirements

Candidates should possess excellent analytic skills, combining quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights, and the ability to recognize issues/defects impacting implementation and monitoring. They should also be able to write or review validation protocols and technical reports, and have experience performing periodic review of equipment calibration and maintenance.

Responsibilities

The Operations Analyst will review existing Red-Light Camera locations, including still images and video, to ensure equipment functionality and image quality, investigate VCC quality issues and recommend corrective actions, review roadside configuration and implementation, and serve as a quality control advocate. Additionally, they will participate in planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog sessions, perform investigative testing of remote technical support technologies, and contribute to establishing QA methodologies and strategies, while also managing multiple tasks and providing feedback on changes or issues.
