Responsibilities

  • Campaign Set-up, Execution, and Maintenance: Setting up campaign activities in a timely and accurate manner with single channel expertise
  • Data Manipulation and Analysis: Utilize analytical tools (MS Excel, Databricks, Adobe RTCDP, Adobe AJO) to perform basic data manipulation and analysis to create targeted customer lists
  • Audience Database Management: Leverage audience database to support campaign objectives with growing knowledge of data models and business logic rules
  • Segment Optimization: Partner with audience team to optimize segments within each campaign
  • Monitoring and Corrective Action: Monitor audience segment quality and connect with the audience team to align on corrective action if issues are identified
  • Strategy Development and Analysis: Partner with Senior Audience Analysts with input for key strategy development and analyses
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct other ad hoc analysis and tests as required for Audience Strategy or broader marketing department
