Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience in the Diagnostic Industry, with a focus on managing and expanding existing accounts, improving customer relationships, and increasing account profitability. They should have a proven track record in a similar role, supported by references from management and customers, and the ability to work in a regulated industry such as healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
The Ambassador/Sr. Ambassador will create ongoing value for customers by driving customer renewal, business generation, and brand loyalty, serving customers across all aspects of their business, supporting implementation transitions for new start-ups, driving overall system optimizations, owning and executing account strategy to expand Abbott’s business and assist customers in growing their business, understanding customer needs, identifying new opportunities, and becoming a trusted advisor for improving customer satisfaction, tracking contract compliance, realizing value expansion, DHS, and sales/margin targets, and connecting and aligning with internal and external stakeholders.
