Responsibilities

  • Focus on value selling by demonstrating unique value of products and services to new and existing customers, addressing their specific needs and challenges
  • Balance time between growing existing accounts and prospecting for new business, identifying new revenue opportunities and executing strategies to win new accounts with tailored outreach to key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand accounts and identify new high-potential opportunities, staying aligned with customer objectives, leveraging competitive intelligence, and industry trends
  • Establish and maintain strong, authentic relationships with new and existing clients, negotiate positive outcomes, and ensure mutual success
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives (VP+) to uncover strategic needs and align solutions to their business challenges for new sales and expansions
  • Ensure thorough and accurate pipeline management, preparation for meetings and presentations, and follow-up on commitments
  • Utilize marketing, alliances, and BDR programs to uncover new logo opportunities, proactively qualify prospects, develop strategies to win new business, and convert leads into customers
  • Map out territory and account strategies, work with internal resources for effective sales approaches, and provide accurate forecasts using historical data and market insights
