Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience in the Diagnostic Industry, with a focus on managing and expanding existing accounts, improving customer relationships, and increasing account profitability. They should have a proven track record in a similar role, supported by management and customer references, and demonstrate experience within a regulated industry such as healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, along with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and develop innovative marketing and sales strategies.
The Ambassador/Sr. Ambassador will create ongoing value for customers through renewal, business generation, and brand loyalty, serving customers across all aspects of their business and supporting implementation transitions. They will own and execute account strategy to expand Abbott’s business, understand customer future needs, track contract compliance, realize value expansion, and assist customers in growing their own businesses. Furthermore, they will effectively work within a regulated industry, connect with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrate the ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously.
