This is not a remote position; it is based in the Unlimit Tanzania office.
Key responsibilities include leading merchant onboarding in East Africa, resolving APM issues, facilitating communication between teams, performing daily transaction testing and monitoring success rates, supporting API integrations, assisting sales in pre-sales, articulating integration requirements, using data for product decisions, and improving product performance.
The Technical Support Officer in East Africa reports directly to the Head of Products at Unlimit and works with the local Chief Operations Officers in Africa, partnering with the Country Head, Product Management team, and Implementation Team.
The role targets a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of East Africa merchants greater than 80% and a Success Transactions Rate (SR) greater than or equal to 80% for all African-based APMs.
