Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field and have prior Cloud Alliance and/or CSP Partner Development Management experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security sales, managing global enterprise accounts and/or channel partnerships, and business development in the software/technology industry is required. Experience working with CSPs to develop Go to Market (GTM) programs around co-sell and marketplace is also necessary, with MEDPICC knowledge being an advantage. Strong presentation and writing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Alliance Development Manager is responsible for driving joint Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Alliance Development plans and managing strategic field relationships, focusing on agreed-upon priorities. This includes driving executive sales and product team alignment, marketing support, managing field and channel relationships, tracking progress, and driving enablement. The role involves establishing and growing business and technical relationships, managing day-to-day interactions to drive revenue growth, partner engagement, and market adoption. Responsibilities include developing and executing joint-field business development plans with KnowBe4 Business Development Managers, engaging with AWS, Microsoft & Google, conducting partner sales enablement, certification plans, partner marketing, and marketplace private offer processes. The manager will also build strong day-to-day people engagement, drive quarterly business cadence, co-present at CSP partner activities, monitor and resolve partner escalations, collaborate with pre-sales and account managers to create revenue opportunities, and engage the leadership team with regular CSP business and partner development reviews.
