Responsibilities

Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team building Webflow Marketplace and core partner experiences
Drive technical strategy and roadmap for Marketplace expansion, Partner Program workflows, and AI integrations
Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams to set goals, align priorities, and define engineering strategy
Lead by example with hands-on contributions to code, system design, architecture reviews, and solution delivery
Mentor, coach, and develop engineers via regular feedback and growth conversations, ensuring goal accountability
Champion engineering best practices across quality, accessibility, performance, and maintainability
Help shape organizational initiatives impacting business growth and community success
