Requirements

University degree
3+ years of AI engineering experience including hands-on development and deployment of Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI applications
Strong product intuition and an entrepreneurial mindset to lead enablement of important AI programs for clients
Proficiency with Python and experience with API integration with cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI)
Experience in managing large language model (LLM) solutions to generate solutions across different mediums (e.g., text, image, video, etc.) and with programmatic tooling (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Cohere, etc.)
Practical experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel
Experience in developing and supporting LLMOps capabilities such as performance monitoring, alerting, and versioning
English proficiency for regular interactions with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other countries
Eligibility to obtain Security Reliability clearance in a reasonable timeframe

Responsibilities

Champion the creation of innovative Gen AI products by collaborating with designers, product managers, data engineers, and others to enable impactful, client-ready Gen AI solutions
Design innovative solutions by translating complex client business problems into practical, functional solution architectures that drive measurable impact
Prototype and explore innovative GenAI solutions by developing proof of concepts and pilots to rapidly test and prove transformative opportunities for clients
Deploy end-to-end solutions tailored to organizational needs, spanning machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent agents, ensuring scalable and sustainable delivery
Drive innovation by researching and integrating emerging Gen AI technologies with ecosystems and developing proprietary AI applications
Actively support business development and Gen AI related pitches and demos to support client engagements
Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, GenAI frameworks, Agentic AI, and related technologies to help inform practice offerings
