Responsibilities

  • Build copilot/chatbot experiences in tools such as Moveworks and Glean
  • Develop customized AI models
  • Conduct prompt engineering analysis and troubleshooting, proposing and applying enhancements
  • Create and update new automations using tools such as Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier
  • Develop and troubleshoot Python scripts
  • Maintain existing workflows and automations
  • Maintain various integrations required for automation to function
  • Monitor and manage application licenses, including license reprovisioning automations
