Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical consulting role, preferably within the AI or technology sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Extreme sense of ownership, urgency, and customer obsession to thrive in an early stage enterprise startup environment
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, and familiarity with APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms
- Strong technical background with experience in software development, system integration, and cloud-based solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design tailored AI-driven solutions that meet their specific business needs
- Serve as the technical expert during the post-sales process, providing product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering detailed customer inquiries
- Work closely with customers to assess their current systems and workflows, identifying integration points for our AI solutions
- Develop and deliver customized product configurations and prototypes to demonstrate the value and functionality of our solutions
- Assist in the implementation process by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with customer systems
- Act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, communicating customer feedback and helping to shape future product features
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and continued product success
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, FAQs, and best practices
