Responsibilities

ロボットシステム点検に伴う工数見積もり作成、及び顧客とのスケジュール調整
現地での点検・メンテナンス作業（ハード・ソフト両面の確認）
トラブルシューティング。システムの不具合対応、原因調査、および解決策の提案
顧客からの技術問い合わせ対応（リモートサポート、現地対応）
必要に応じたハードウェア・ソフトウェアのアップデート・修正
保守・点検データの分析を通じた改善提案（予防保全プログラムの強化など）
サービスの効率化・最適化のためのマニュアル・ガイドライン作成
営業・開発チームとの情報共有およびフィードバック
その他上記に付随する業務
将来的なAGV特化サービスチームの立ち上げや仕組みづくりへの関与
