Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles with a focus on enterprise-scale data integration and analytics solutions. A strong technical background in data engineering, including hands-on experience with data ingestion tools, ETL processes, data modeling, storage solutions, and analytics platforms is required. Deep familiarity with integration technologies like REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, data pipelines, streaming data platforms, and middleware technologies is necessary. Working knowledge of software development practices and proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or SQL is expected. Experience with low-code/no-code application development platforms is needed, and ServiceNow platform certifications are strongly preferred. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also required.
The Advisory Solution Consultant will serve as a key technical advisor for ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, articulating its benefits to stakeholders. They will lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer data integration challenges and translate them into ServiceNow-based solutions. Responsibilities include designing robust architectures using the Workflow Data Fabric for data ingestion, transformation, integration, and analytics. The role involves collaborating with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful project execution. Additionally, they will support the presales lifecycle to drive sales targets and maintain deep technical expertise on ServiceNow’s platform and emerging data engineering technologies.
