Creator Workflows and Mission Application Development on the Now Platform is a key growth area for ServiceNow. As the Now Platform is recognized as a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Low-Code Application Platforms, this role offers the chance to drive this new growth engine for ServiceNow, with strong support from the business unit, executive team, and sales.

ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant - Creator Workflows. This customer-facing role requires a domain expert who leverages technical and business skills to drive innovative mission solutions with our clients.

This Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting position involves architecting solutions to address mission challenges on the Now Platform (or similar platforms). Responsibilities include demonstrating and prototyping platform capabilities, and in some cases, collaborating with designers and developers to build and present innovative pre-sales solution prototypes to customers.

The Advisory Solution Consultant – Creator Workflows will articulate strategic visions for ServiceNow solutions to executive-level clients, effectively communicating business value to both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will collaborate with sales, solution consulting, and the broader ServiceNow ecosystem to ensure customer success through thought leadership and driving awareness. This role adopts a consultative approach, discovering and mapping business outcome-driven solutions with customers and prospects. Additionally, you will provide solutions and enablement to the technical sales force and offer product and solution advice to prospective customers during pre-sales discussions.

The Advisory Solution Consultant – Creator Workflows will provide technical and business expertise to support customers with product and solution leadership during pre-sales engagements. This senior role acts as a value consultant, capable of delivering both broad and deep solution expertise and positioning throughout sales cycles.
