The Special Projects Supervisor will assist the Assistant Program Manager with strategic growth initiatives, acting as a liaison between Surefox and its clients to provide domestic and international security support. Responsibilities include coordinating protective services teams, supervising Tactical Operations Center (TOC) operations, and facilitating training development. The role involves ensuring quality of service, identifying efficiencies, and verifying compliance with client policies, procedures, and regulations for all assigned personnel. Key duties include developing and implementing security and logistical plans, coordinating protection and protective management, maintaining relationships with partners, supervising teams, adapting to dynamic environments, developing and instructing training modules, managing TOC operations, coordinating deployment changes, and auditing time and attendance.
