Responsibilities

The Multi Location Clinical Group Trainer will own end-to-end training logistics, including readiness assessments and stakeholder coordination, conduct comprehensive evaluations of site readiness, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to align training strategies, identify and mitigate systemic blockers to onboarding success, lead high-touch, in-person and virtual trainings for practices, serve as a hands-on mentor for a practice’s clinical teams, adapt training programs to reflect the unique goals and workflows of complex, multi-location groups, act as a post-training clinical advisor, offering feedback and recommendations to optimize practice performance and clinical outcomes, track and report on clinical outcomes and practice performance, and act as a strategic partner to doctors and executives, providing best practices that optimize clinical and operational outcomes.
