Dandy is transforming the massive ($200B) but antiquated dental industry. Backed by some of the world's leading venture capital investors, we are on an ambitious mission to integrate and simplify every function of the dental practice through technology. By building the operating system for every dental office in America, Dandy is empowering dentists with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practice, their people, and their patients.

This role is for an experienced Multi Location Clinical Group Trainer to lead high-impact, in-person training programs and events for our multi-location and enterprise dental clients. It’s a strategic, field-based role with up to 80% travel across the U.S., working directly with practices to implement, optimize, and scale digital dentistry workflows. You will represent Dandy as a trusted advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders—driving adoption, clinical excellence, and long-term performance. This role combines clinical depth with operational execution and executive presence, delivering measurable value at the intersection of training, technology, and client success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
  • Strong understanding of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
  • Comfortable and excited to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Training Strategy & Operational Alignment:
    • Own end-to-end training logistics—from readiness assessments to stakeholder coordination.
    • Ensure practices are prepared for a high-quality onboarding experience.
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of site readiness, including clinical workflows, equipment, and team dynamics.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to align training strategies with broader business goals.
    • Identify and mitigate systemic blockers to onboarding success, championing process improvements and scalable solutions.
  • Training Leadership (Primary Focus):
    • Lead high-touch, in-person and virtual trainings for practices, customizing delivery to meet varying levels of clinical and operational maturity.
    • Serve as a hands-on mentor for a practice’s clinical teams, delivering both foundational and advanced training to drive full adoption of Dandy’s solutions.
    • Adapt training programs to reflect the unique goals and workflows of complex, multi-location groups.
  • Post-Training Advisory & Executive Insight:
    • Act as a post-training clinical advisor, offering feedback and recommendations to optimize practice performance and clinical outcomes.
    • Track and report on clinical outcomes and practice performance, delivering feedback to both customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Act as a strategic partner to doctors and executives, providing best practices that optimize clinical and operational outcomes.

About Dandy

Unlike competitors, Dandy offers their Chairside software for free, making it easier for practices to scan patients and submit lab cases. The company generates revenue through the manufacturing and sale of dental products based on these digital scans, along with providing clinical support and live scan feedback. Dandy's goal is to enhance patient experiences and improve operational efficiency for dental practices by facilitating the adoption of digital dentistry.
