The Remote Head of Sales will develop and implement strategic B2B go-to-market initiatives to exceed revenue targets, initiate outbound and inbound sales campaigns to acquire new clients, collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with business objectives, monitor and analyze sales metrics, manage and develop the sales team, foster a collaborative culture, identify training needs, establish client relationships, represent the company at industry events, develop sales processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
