We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead and expand our sales initiatives. This high-visibility role is ideal for someone who excels in strategic planning, team leadership, and driving revenue growth. You will be at the forefront of developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and enhancing our market presence. The successful candidate will possess a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in managing comprehensive sales campaigns and leading diverse teams. This position is entirely remote and reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic B2B go-to-market initiatives to exceed revenue targets.
  • Initiate outbound and inbound sales campaigns to acquire new clients.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with business objectives and product development.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics across channels, overseeing reports and dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to consistently enhance performance.
  • Manage and develop the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the sales department.
  • Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance team capabilities.
  • Establish, maintain, and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company values and customer satisfaction in all client interactions.
  • Represent Prevail Legal at industry events and conferences to promote our services and expand our network.
  • Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to review business KPIs and optimize strategies accordingly.
