Requirements

  • Completed any Undergrad course in 2023/24 OR Completed any Post Graduate course in 2023/24/25
  • Front-End Development: HTML, AngularJS, React, UI, JavaScript, CSS
  • Java Technologies: Java, J2EE, Servlets, JSP, JSTL, Spring, Hibernate
  • Scripting & Programming: PHP, Python, PySpark
  • Web Development: XML, XHTML, JavaScript, JSP, RESTful Web Services, CMS tools
  • Database: Strong SQL knowledge and hands-on with at least one database
  • Operating Systems: Exposure to Windows, Linux, iOS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Recent graduates or professionals with 6 months – 1 year experience
  • Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns relating to technical issues
  • Advocate for customers and represent their needs to internal product teams
  • Provide timely responses and resolutions to product/technical inquiries
  • Deliver solutions within established SLA guidelines
  • Stay updated on customer priorities and critical business events
  • Record and document customer issues per process guidelines
  • Troubleshoot and qualify cases before escalating to engineering
  • Answer product functionality/usage queries
  • Handle high-priority technical issues
  • Contribute by creating knowledge base articles, whitepapers, and forum participation
  • Participate in 24x7 shift coverage (rotational, including night shifts)
