Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in configuration, implementation, management, upgrade, and support of EHS and Manufacturing applications such as Cority, Greenstone, 3E, or Sphera ARA. Strong analytical skills are required, with a thorough understanding of translating customer business needs into application and operational requirements. Experience with Workday and Active Directory data feeds is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Administrator-Sr. Systems is responsible for the efficient operation of HSE systems and other Westlake Web & Enterprise Applications, including planning, coordinating, and managing software systems like Cority and Greenstone. Key duties include configuring HSE platforms, managing software enhancements and upgrades, creating custom reports, training users, and collaborating with subject matter experts and consultants to enhance system reliability. This role involves overseeing IT problem resolution, providing hands-on support for operational issues, executing HSE policies and procedures, and managing change management for new systems. The administrator will also lead projects to improve applications, manage user security and permissions, and coordinate monthly meetings for users to discuss system changes.
