Candidates should possess a High School diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one year of administrative experience. An Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative and project support for the Early Intervention (EI) Program Manager and staff, compiling and maintaining records, drafting correspondence, coordinating mail, and inputting participant information into databases. They will also compile and prepare information for reporting periods, provide information and assistance to callers and visitors, attend and participate in meetings, create and modify forms, maintain office supplies and equipment, serve as Petty Cash Fund Custodian, process forms and documents, and serve as back-up for the Data Clerk. Furthermore, they will attend meetings, training, and events, assist with department duties, maintain a clean and safe environment, and report any safety concerns, while also reporting to the office location as directed by management.
