8+ years supporting enterprise customers with a confident, calm approach
5+ years experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Top-tier customer experience skills with stellar written and verbal communication
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams
Comfortable with DevOps tools: CI/CD, Linux, GitHub, Helm Charts, Terraform, open source

Responsibilities

Triage, investigate, manage, and resolve complex customer issues involving Chainguard Images
Escalate issues to Engineering when necessary
Communicate effectively with customers to maintain SLAs and satisfaction
Translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
Document new issues and contribute to the Knowledge Base
Prioritize queue, drive clear communication, and proactively resolve issues
Advocate for bugs, feature requests, and issues to Engineering and GTM teams
Continuously learn, share knowledge, and mentor others
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support
